| Updates and Charges
Following the purchase of Racing By The Points you will be entitled to updates, on a free-of-
charge basis, for a period of 90 Days.
After expiration of the 90 Day period a renewal charge of £2 will be made if you wish to take
advantage of any available updates for a further 90 Days.
Downtime
This software relies on Racing Post's website data being presented in a consistant manner and any deviation from this standard may prevent our software from functioning correctly. In such circumstances there may be a period of time when our sofware functions incorrectly until it is brought back into line with Racing Post's website. If for any reason our software cannot be re-aligned with Racing Post we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be issued and in any case no refunds will be issued after 7 days of purchase.
We cannot be responsible for any server downtime that Racing Post may experience.
Warranty
Every effort is made to ensure that Racing By The Points software, developed and sold by us, is free of bugs but we we will not warrant and cannot warrant that it is bug free. Any upgrades made by us to Racing By The Points software that makes the code more reliable will be passed on to the customer as per the conditions under Updates and Charges.
